Nourish Care is an advanced telecare product for monitoring elderly individuals living on their own. Although we monitor people's homes, people’s lives stay private. It's very simple to set up and use, and it works simply too. When our systems detect that something may be wrong, we get in touch with the person first, and only if needs be do we contact friends, family and care services to take action.

A System to Empower Real Social Networks

We’ve developed an assisted living product that monitors a person’s daily lifecycle and makes sense of it using advanced algorithms, raising alarms to friends and family in case something untoward happens.

It’s not rocket science; well, it is, but we make sure that it is very simple to use.

We install a range of sensors including movement, door opening and bed occupancy. Then we collect information and our systems build up a typical pattern of a person’s movement about the house. After a little while we'll be able to detect relevant behaviour deviations that may mean the person is unwell (e.g. not spending time in the kitchen means the person may not be eating) or detect if the person didn't go back to bed after visiting the toilet in the middle of the night (when a large number of falls happen).
